Corona-Virus (Covid-19) Measures

As we all know, with the outbreak of the Corona-Virus (Covid-19), the world is facing one of the greatest pandemic threats of all time. In this environment of great risk, responsibility for human health and life falls to all state administrators, citizens, public and private institutions both globally and in our country.

As we all know, with the outbreak of the Corona-Virus (Covid-19), the world is facing one of the greatest pandemic threats of all time. In this environment of great risk, responsibility for human health and life falls to all state administrators, citizens, public and private institutions both globally and in our country.
In this context, as Mitaş Family, we consider it necessary to minimize the risks that may occur on behalf of all humanity and we would like to inform you, our respectable stakeholders.
In order to prevent the spread of corona-virus, we have taken preventive and protective measures for all our employees working in our offices, facilities and field works and we will be carrying out all our responsibilities with the same sensitivity when we need to take additional measures.
The measures and precautions we have taken to prevent the spread of corona-virus are as follows:
The Covid-19 Emergency Action Board has been formed to combat the Corona-Virus.
All of our teams were informed about the struggle against Corona-Virus (Covid-19).
Thermal cameras have been installed in all our service buildings and facility entrances.
All visitors, including all our colleagues, have been tested for fever and our early detection efforts go on continuously.
Hand disinfectants have been placed in all public areas and meeting rooms in our service buildings.
All our staff services are disinfected on a daily basis.
Common areas, work offices and meeting rooms are disinfected on a daily basis.
All employees with disabilities, chronic illness or pregnancy status who are in the risk group have been granted administrative leave.
All employees of 60 years of age and older who are in the risk group have been granted administrative leave.
All teams that can work from home are allowed to work from home alternately.
All travels, both domestic and international, have been cancelled indefinitely.
All of our employees are informed about the importance of social distance and methods of prevention from the outbreak.
All prayer rooms in the service buildings have been closed.
All our employees who have just arrived or who are to come from abroad have been granted social isolation to work from home for 14 days.
In order to minimize contact in our dining halls, meals have started to be served packed.
Mealtimes are arranged to minimize the number of people who eat at the same time and to ensure that there is a minimum distance of 1 meter between the ones who eat at the same time.
As Mitaş Family, we declare that we are aware of this pandemic that threatens the whole world and will not make concession to our measures, and we strongly ask everyone to have the same sensitivity and consciousness.
