OUR TECHNOLOGY
High-quality, computer-aided machines with large capacities are used in our manufacturing processes. The facility includes filament winding lines and CNC machines, covering all production stages from winding to the final product. It is capable of processing not only fiberglass but also polyester and epoxy resins, as well as carbon fiber.
Additionally, the facility has two pultrusion lines that can continuously produce profiles with any cross-section up to 1000x600 mm.
MANUFACTURING METHODS
  • Filament Winding
  • Linear Pultrusion
Filament Winding

The process of winding fiber, impregnated with resin, onto a rotating mold (mandrel) in a controlled pattern, angle, and thickness. After curing on the mold, the product is removed using a mold separator machine. This method ensures high-strength and high-quality products. UV resistance, hardness, and fire resistance properties can be enhanced by adding additives to the resin.
